Warranty Conditions

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless otherwise stated. For the warranty conditions to be valid, please make sure to check the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, keep a record and do not accept the delivery.

Changes made to the product, deformation of the product, or deterioration of the original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

If the product you have purchased from our website is defective, please contact us through the online support section within 7 days from the delivery date.

The defective product sent to us through the shipping company will be replaced with a new one.

If the defect is caused by customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product return and exchange procedures are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
